<p>As part of our anti-money laundering policy, GoBitchain requires all users to go through a validation process. This process includes submitting documentation to prove your identity and making a validation deposit into your GoBitchain wallet account.</p>

<h2>3. Validation Deposit</h2>
<p>The validation deposit is not a fee, but a transaction volume that must be reached in your GoBitchain wallet account for proving of financial capacity and for compliance with our anti-money laundering policy. The validation deposit amount may vary depending on the user's account type and history. Once the validation requirement is complete, you can withdraw your validation deposit.</p>

<h1 id="tax">GoBitchain Crypto Tax Terms of Service</h1>
	<p>1. Effective Date: March 17, 2022</p>
	<p>2. GoBitchain is a crypto trading platform and wallet provider that requires users to pay a 10% tax on all crypto deposits (transactions) that originate from investments, brokers, or trading merchants. This tax applies to all internal transactions and is payable by making an external deposit to the GoBitchain tax management team through any of the user's deposit addresses (BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE,  or USDT). </p>
	<p>3. The tax management team of GoBitchain will mandate users on when to pay for the taxes. The original amount received internally will remain unchanged, and the external deposits must be made with a receipt of deposit sent to info@gobitchain.net for verification and evaluation. Of which deductions will be effected by the team on confirmation. Approval will be given before the internally received funds are allowed for withdrawal.</p>
	<p>4. Some users may be exempted from paying taxes on special conditions such as charity or non-profit organizations. Users who believe they qualify for an exemption must contact the GoBitchain tax management team for further information and evaluation.</p>
	<p>5. By using GoBitchain, users agree to abide by these crypto tax terms of service. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.</p>
